Privacy & terms, in plain words

If you join the launch list, we store your email address for exactly one purpose: telling you when the workbook goes on sale. No sequence, no newsletter, no sharing with anyone. Every email includes a one-click way to be removed, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

There are no accounts on this site. To understand where visitors stop on the page, our own server counts a handful of anonymous interaction events — page viewed, how far it was scrolled and for how long, an email field touched, the sample downloaded — tagged with the ad the visitor came from. These counts contain no email address, no IP address, no cookie and no identifier: they cannot be linked to you or to your signup.

Meta Pixel (since August 26, 2026). Because our ads run on Facebook and Instagram, the home page also loads the Meta Pixel. It sets a cookie (_fbp) and tells Meta that this page was viewed, that the free-sample section was reached, that an email was accepted and that the sample was downloaded — never the email address itself. Meta uses this to measure the ads that brought you here and to show them to people more likely to want the workbook, under Meta's privacy policy. To stop it: any content blocker, or Meta's own controls (Off-Facebook activity and ad preferences). This is the only third-party script on the site, and this page said so first.

Server confirmation (Conversions API, since August 27, 2026). Ad blockers and some browsers stop the pixel, which skews what Meta measures. So for the same four events our own server also sends a confirmation to Meta's Conversions API, carrying the technical details Meta uses for matching — your IP address, browser type and the _fbp/_fbc cookie values — plus a shared event ID so browser and server reports are deduplicated, never counted twice. Your email address is never part of these events. The Meta controls linked above apply to this too.

When the workbook goes on sale, checkout will be handled by a merchant of record (such as Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy). They process your payment, handle VAT and issue the receipt under their own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your card details. This page will name the exact provider before launch.

A digital download: one fillable PDF workbook plus print versions. What you write inside the PDF stays in your copy of the file, on your device — it is never sent to us.

This site and the workbook are for adults. By using them you confirm you are 18 or older.

The workbook is a self-help tool built on published executive-function research, with sources cited inside. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment for ADHD or any condition, and not a replacement for therapy or professional care. The legal basis for storing your launch-list email is your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time by asking to be removed. You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold — which is easy, because the only personal data we hold is your launch-list email, if you gave us one. The Meta Pixel and the Conversions API events described above are processed by Meta as an independent controller; the links above let you object to them.
